<br /> temporary, frame, combination office and display building on the property which
<br /> they have purchased on the south-west corner of 13th and Villard Streets. The
<br /> Board recommends that the request be granted for two years if building covered

<br /> i over one inch solid sheathing on a portion of the Monroe Street side of his new
