<br />"BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EUGENE, LANE COUNTY,

<br />That it is deemed expedient by the Common Council that Adams Street
<br />between the North line of Inglewood Addition and the South line of 18th Avenue
<br />West in said City be opened and widened by opening and widening the same 44 feet
<br />on the East and to a totalwidth of 60 feet, and that the City Engineer is there-
<br />fore directed, by him or some competent surveyor, to make a survey of such extended
<br />and widened area and street, and to make the boundary thereof, and to make a plat
<br />'1 of the same and a written report containing a full and complete description of
<br />. such widened street and the boundaries thereof, and any lot or tract or p0ntion
<br />" thereof to be appropriated therefor; and further to file same with the Recorder of
<br />the City of Eugene within twenty days from the date of this Resolution unless
<br />further time shall be granted therefor."
