"'\'" The City Manager asked permis~ion of the Council to call for bids for the sale of certain surplus foundry equipment located in the N.Y.A. Foundry Building at Skinner Butte. It was moved by Pennington, seconded by Bailey that the City Manager be authorized to call for sealed bids on this equipment. Upon motion the ordinance was ordered held over. Council Bill No. 187 -- Re: Plumbing Ordinance, read the first time March 10, 1947 and the second time April 14, 1947, was brought on as amended for third and final reading. Upon motion the ordinance was ordered laid over. Council Bill No. 188 -- He: Setback line established on North side of Franklin Blvd., read the first time March 10, 1947 and the second time April 14, 1<347, was brought on for third and final reading.
