<br />Common Council its operating account for the first 11 months of 1947: together with !:
<br />a complete financial statement in the form prescribed by the Public Utilities ,;
<br />Commission, such statement to include estimates of increased costs due to new wage i:
<br />increases and estimates of increased income that would be derived from the proposed'
<br />increase in fare for the Eugene City lines.

<br />on file and that the petition be tabled and the City Manager be instructed to "
<br />negotiate for the opening of Moss Street to its full 60 foot width. ~
