Motion carried. <br /> ORDINANCES <br /> Council Bill No. 286 - Re: Vacating a portion of Inavale Street from Onyx to <br /> 16 Emerald, was submitted. <br /> Upon motion the hearing was ordered continued to the next regular meeting of the <br /> Council and the proposed vacation referred to the Public Works Committee for in- <br /> vestigation and report. <br /> Council Bill No. 287 - He: Adopting Survey, Plat and report of the City <br /> 17 Engineer re: opening of the alley between 8th Avenue West and West Broadway, <br /> Van Buren and Tyler, was submitted and read the first time. <br /> I It was moved by Hawn, seconded by Crumbaker that the rules be suspended by unanimous <br /> consent and the ordinance be read the second time. <br /> It was moved by Hawn, seconded by Crumbaker that the rules be further suspended and <br /> the ordinance be read the third time and given final passage.
