February 6, <br />1948 "at the office of the Building Department in the City Hall, Eugene. The <br />foll~wing petitions were read ,and considered: <br /> <br />01. Petition 'of Mr. & Mrs. L. F. Applegate for a variation from established <br />setback for Lot 5, Block 1, Agate Addition. Petition of the Hope Refrigeration Co. for permission to erect a Quonset <br />builuing at 1367 Olive St. for mixxd occupancy. W. corner <br />of 13th Avenue West and Tyler St. The Board'recommends that the petition be approved. <br /> <br />'4. Petition of Wayne Cheynoweth, 1710 Van Buren St., for a twelve foot set- <br />back'on Van Buren. The Board recommends that petitioner accept Sixteen feet. <br /> <br />'5. Petition of Duaster Baker for variation of setback on Lot 12, Block 3, <br />Belmont Addition - 19th and Van Buren Streets. The Board has requested that more <br />information be submitted. <br /> <br />"There being no further busine~s to consider, the Board adjourned until the <br />next:regular meeting on February 20, 1948. <br /> <br />It was moved by Crumbaker, 'seconded by Johnson that the report of the Board be <br />received and placed <on file and -that the recommendations contained therein be <br />appr~ved.
