Council Bill No. 310 - Re: Construction of sanitary sewers, commenc1ng at a point on the North line of 16th Avenue West 104 feet West of the West line of Tyler Street, e~c., was submitted and read the first time in fu~l. Council Bill No. 314 - Levying assessments for the construction of sidewalk 27 on the West side of Chambers from 13th to 14th and on the South side of 13th Avenue West from" Chambers to Grant Streets, was submitted and read the first time in full. It was moved by Hawn, seconded by Davis that the ordinance be laid over and that notice be given to the affected property owners. I RESOLUTIONS A Resolution - Transmitting to the Planning Commiss~on rezoning application 29 of C. W. Rauch, was submitted and read as follows: "BE' IT RESOLVED, by the Common Council of the City' of Eugene, Oregon, that there is hereby transmitted to the City Planning Commission of said City, the following petition for rezoning of property in said City, to-wit: C. S. RAUCH: The North one-half of Lot 10 and all of Lot 11 in Addition. Property located at 1925 Adams Street. from R-l (Single Family) to R-3 (Multiple Family) Block 1 of Belmont Requested ,change classification. and directing the Planning Commission to adopt a tentative report and to hold a hearing thereon' in the Council Chambers in the City Hall of said City on Tuesday, March 2, 1948 at 7:30 o'clock P.M., after giving due notice by publication once in the Eugene Register Guard, and in case of favorable report of said request, a hearing is hereby called to be held at the City Hall at the next ensuing regular Council meeting, commencing at 7:30 P.M.~ notice of which shall be given three times in the Eugene Register Guard."
