Motion carried. I Councilman Hawn reported for the ]'inance Comrnittee tha~ computation of the interest charges revealed the bid of the First National Bank to be the most advantageous to the City of Eugene. It was moved by Davis, seconded by Hawn that the bid of the First National Bank of Eugene be accepted and that the proper city officials be authorized'to have the bonds prepared and delivered to the First National' Bank of Eugene in conformity with the bid. It was moved by Hawn, seconded by Johnson that the application as approved by the Poliee, Fire and Health Departments be endorsed. Motion carried.
