Motion carried. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />Councilman Hawn reported for the ]'inance Comrnittee tha~ computation of the <br />interest charges revealed the bid of the First National Bank to be the most <br />advantageous to the City of Eugene. <br /> <br />It was moved by Davis, seconded by Hawn that the bid of the First National Bank <br />of Eugene be accepted and that the proper city officials be authorized'to have the <br />bonds prepared and delivered to the First National' Bank of Eugene in conformity <br />with the bid. Rollca~l - All Councilmen present voting AYE. <br /> <br />PETITIONS AIID C01~AUNICATIONS <br /> <br />8 An application was submitted by Mrs. Ralph Stayton to conduct a Hotel at <br />667 Willamette. <br /> <br />It was moved by Hawn, seconded by Johnson that the application as approved by the <br />Poliee, Fire and Health Departments be endorsed. Motion carried. <br /> <br />The fallowing applications for rezoning were submitted: <br /> <br />9 <br /> <br />John A.
