COUNCILMEN PRESENT WERE: <br />COUNCILMEN DAVIS, ALLEN AND BOOTH WERE ABSENT. <br /> <br />OF EUGENE WAS HELD MARC~ 1ST AT 5:00 P.M. <br />HAWN, CRU~BAKER, WELLS, GODLOVE AND SMITH. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />IT WAS MOVED BY SMITH, SECONDED BY CRUMBAKER THAT THE AWARD OF THE ISSUE OF $40,000.00 SEWAGE <br />AND DRAINAGE BONDS MADE AT THE REGULAR MEETING FEBRUARY 28, 1949 BE RECONSiDERED. MOTION CARRIED. <br /> <br />IT WAS EXPLAINED BY MR. HAWN THAT THE ORIGINAL COMPUTATION MADE AT THE REGULAR MEETING ON <br />MONDAY, FEBRUARY 28, 1949 WAS IN FACT CORRECT AND THAT THE CHARLES N. TRIPP COMPANY WAS ACTUALLY <br />THE LOW BIDDER. <br /> <br />'IT WAS MOVED BY SMITH, SECONDED BY CRUMBAKER THAT THE BID OF CHARLES N. TRIPP COMPANY BE <br />ACCEPTED AND THAT THE PROPER CITY OFFICERS BE AUTHORIZED TO HAVE THE BONDS PREPARED AND DELIVERED <br />TO THE CHARLES N. TRIPP COMPANY IN CONFORMITY WITH THE BID. ROLLCALL VOTE. ALL COUNCILMEN PRESENT <br />VOTING AYE. DAVIS, ALLEN AND BOOTH ABSENT.
