I, G. KJOSNESS ~OR PERMISSION TO CONsTRUCT A RESIDENCE ON A <br />LOT THE AREA O~ WHICH WILL BE LESS THAN 6000 SQUAR~ ~~ET. <br /> <br />MR. KJOSNESS OWNS TWO LOTS AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER O~ TW~NTY-THIRD AVENUE AND UNIVERSITY <br />STREET. HE DESIRES TO CREATE THREE LOTS ~ROM THIS PROPERTY, TWO O~ WHICH WJLL ~RONT ON <br />UNIVERSITY STREET AND CONTAIN 6100 SQUARE FEET EACH; THE THIRp PARCEL WILL ~RONT ON 23RD <br />AVENUE AND CONTAIN APPROXIMATELY 5600 SQUARE FEET. C. J. CHRISTENSEN WHO OWNS THE SOUTHEAST CORNER O~ 15TH AVENUE AND <br />JE~~ERSON STREET. THIS LOT IS 60'xI50' AND HAS THEREON AN OLD HOUSE APPROXIMATELY 24'x40' <br />WHICH HE WISHES TO MOVE TO THE REAR O~ THE LOT AND CONSTRUCT A DUPLEX ON THE ~RONT PORTION. <br />. . <br />THE ZONING ORDINANCE DOES PERMIT OF A DUPLEX ON CORNER LOTS.NORTH OF 19TH AV~NUE PROVIDING <br />THE LOT IS A MINIMUM OF 6000 SQUARE FEET IN AREA. SHOULD THIS REQUEST BE ALLOWED.
