<br />NOTICE SHOULD THEY DESIRE TO USE THE PROPERTY, AND IF THE CITY WOULD REFRAIN FROM MAKING
<br />ANY IMPROVEMENTS UNTIL THE NEW CUT-OFF IS ACTUALLY CONSTRUCTED, WE WOULD THEN BE IN A
<br />POSITION TO KNOW EXACTLY HOW MUCH OF THE LAND WOULD BE UTILIZED BY THE COMMISSION. IT IS

<br />WHEREBY WE WILL PAY FOR STREET MATERIAL; 1 WILL CONSENT TO PERMIT SIDEWALK TO SIDEWALK "FILL
<br />~N" ABUTTING MY PROPERTY, ~HEREBY ELIMINATING MY PARKWAY. THIS WILL PERMIT PARKING SIDEWALK
<br />TO SIDEWALK ON BOTH SIDES OF THIS DEAD END STREET, THEREBY MAKING FOR A BETTER, SAFER PARKING
<br />SPACE FOR THE CHURCH CONGREGATION; WHICH GREATLY APPRECIATE THIS COOPERATION.
