IT WAS <br />" RECOMMENDED THAT THE COUNCIL AUTHORIZE THE CITY MANAGER TO NEGOTIATE A SATISFACTORY <br />!I CONTRACT WITH CORNELL-HoWLAND-HAYES AND MERRYFIELD, CONSULTING ENGINEERS TO PROCEED WITH <br />~ FINAL PLANS FOR THE SEWAGE PROGRAM INCLUDING CONSTRUCTION OF THE OUTFALL LINE AND PLANT <br />~ AND PRESENT THE CONTRACT FOR COUNCIL APPROVAL AT THE NEXT MEETING. <br />:1 <br />I: <br />I 2.
