<br />H THE POSSIBILITY OF LOCATING THE PLANT ON THE AMAZON CREEK WEST OF THE CITY. IT WAS
<br />" RECOMMENDED THAT THE COUNCIL AUTHORIZE THE CITY MANAGER TO NEGOTIATE A SATISFACTORY
<br />!I CONTRACT WITH CORNELL-HoWLAND-HAYES AND MERRYFIELD, CONSULTING ENGINEERS TO PROCEED WITH
<br />~ FINAL PLANS FOR THE SEWAGE PROGRAM INCLUDING CONSTRUCTION OF THE OUTFALL LINE AND PLANT
