THE FRONT OF BUILDING IS SAGGING OVER SIDEWALK WHICH PRESENTS <br /> . <br /> A HAZARD TO PEDESTRIANS FROM GLASS AND FRONT OF BUILDING IN THE EVENT OF COLLAPSE. THE <br /> BACK PORTION HAS A MOSS COVERED SHINGLE ROOF AND THE UNDERPINNING IS ROTTED OUT. <br /> THE THIRD BUILDING IS AN OLD BARN LOCATED AT 338-1}2 MADISON STREET ON LOT I I , BLOCK <br /> 2, SLADDEN ADDITION, OWNED BY JACK AND BELLE RUBENSTJEN, 812 WASHI NGTON S.TREET, CI TY. MEDILL SO THAT SHE CAN TRANSFER <br /> TITLE OF APPROXIMATELY FIVE ACRES TO THE CITY OF EUGENE. <br /> IT WAS EXPLAINED BY THE CITY ATTORNEY THAT A RESOLUTION WOULD BE SUBMITTED LATER I N THE <br /> MEETING AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A QUITCLAIM DEED TO MRS. MEDILL. <br /> IN CONNECTION WITH THE SUBJEC T .OF THE MEDILL PROPERTY, AUTHORITY WAS REQUESTED BY THE CITY <br /> MANAGER TO PURCHASE APPROXIMATELY 5 ACRES OF THE MED ILL PROPERTY ADJACENT TO THE STROME PROPERTY, <br /> ALREADY ACQUIRED BY THE CITY, TO COMPLETE THE SEWAGE DISPOSAL PLANT SITE.
