THIS WOULD ENABLE THE CENTRAL HEATING CO. THIS TRACT IS BO-FEET BY 635-FEET AND <br /> WAS PURCHASED AT A PRICE OF $3,160 BY THE CITY OF EUGENE FOR HIGHWAY RIGHT OF WAY <br /> PURPOSES IN THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE FERRY STREET OVERPASS. THE CONSIDERED VALUE OF <br /> THIS TRACT IN DEEDING IT TO THE EUGENE WATER & ELECTRIC BOARD HAS BEEN_AGREED UPON <br /> AS $5,000, WHICH REDUCES THE PRICE WHICH THEY HA VE I-NVES TE 0 IN THEIR PROPERTY AT 2ND <br /> AND HIGH STREET TO THE $15,000 STIPULATED ABOVE. <br /> 5.
