<br /> HrGH STREET- CONSI STI NG OF APPROXIMATELY 2.02 ACRES FOR THE WEST PORTION OF THE MCKy
<br /> PROPER TY lYING WEST OF THE EAST RIGHT OF WAY LINE OF HIGH STREET PROJECTED.
<br /> 2. THIS WOULD ENABLE THE CENTRAL HEATING CO. TO PURCHASE THE EAST PORTION OF THE

<br /> WAS PURCHASED AT A PRICE OF $3,160 BY THE CITY OF EUGENE FOR HIGHWAY RIGHT OF WAY
<br /> PURPOSES IN THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE FERRY STREET OVERPASS. THE CONSIDERED VALUE OF
<br /> THIS TRACT IN DEEDING IT TO THE EUGENE WATER & ELECTRIC BOARD HAS BEEN_AGREED UPON
<br /> AS $5,000, WHICH REDUCES THE PRICE WHICH THEY HA VE I-NVES TE 0 IN THEIR PROPERTY AT 2ND
