THE COMMITTEE CONCURRED I N THE RECOMMEN- <br /> DATIONS OF THE CONSULTING ENGINEER AND CITY MANAGER THAT THE ABOVE CHANGE ORDERS <br /> BE APPROVED. IT WAS ALSO SUGGESTED THAT MR.
