I TWAS NOTED THAT, THI S CATEGORY WOULD I NCLUDE, ALL <br />e Ii OF THE PROVISIONS IN C-3 AND THE ONLY CHANGE WOULD BE A RAT! 0 OF PARKING FOR EACH <br /> SQUARE FOOT OF FLOOR SPACE. IN SETTING UP THIS ZONING CLASSIFICATION, <br /> THE OBJECTIVES ARE TO PROVIDE A COMMERCIAL-RESIDENTIAL AREA WHEREIN CERTAIN USES <br /> SUCH AS BANKS, PROFESSIONAL OFFICES, MEDICAL OR DENTAL OFFICES, CLUBS, LODGES!
