THIS PROfERTY <br />IS 98' X 157' IN SIZE AND CONTAINS 15,386 SQUARE FEET IN AREA AND BASED ON THE REQUIRED <br />1200 SQUARE FEET Of LAND AREA PER APARTMENT, MR. JENSEN IS ENT~TLED TO 12~8 ~PARTMENTS <br />AND HE WAS ADVISED THAT THIS OFFICE WOULD APPROVE 13 APARTMENTS. HOWEVER, IN THE <br />DEVELOPMENT OF HIS PLANS OF THE APARTMENT AND STRUCTURAL LAYOUT OF HIS GARAGES IT WAS <br />BEST SUITED TO ACCOMMODATE I~ UNITS. MR. JENSEN IS COVERING LESS THAN THE 500_ ALLOWED <br />FOR THE R-3 ZONING AND WILL PROVIDE GARAGE SPACE F~R HIS TENANTS. <br /> <br />THE BOARD WAS RELUCTANT ~O GRANT ,THIS WAIV€R SINCE MR. JENSEN HAS NOT SHOWN A <br />HARDSHIP UNLESS IT BE ECONOMIC. THEREFORE, THE BOARD REFERRED THE MATTER BACK TO <br />THE BUILDING INSPECTOR TO SECURE FROM MR.
