REQUEST FOR VARIANCE ON PARKING RESTRICTIONS - ST. MARY'S CHURCH - IT WAS THE <br /> COMMITTEE'S RECOMMENDATION THAT THE.REQUESTOF ST. MARY'S CHURCH FOR A,VARIANCE ON'THE <br /> PARKING RESTRICTIONS BE GRANTED PROVIDED THAT THE'UNUSED LOT,AREA TO THE SOUTH OF THE <br /> CHURCH BE RESERVED FOR PARKING. THE COMMITTEE FELT THAT BY GRANTING THIS REQUEST THE <br /> PARKING PROBLEM WAS NOT 'BtING INCREASED AS THE CHURCH WAS AlREADY IN OPERATfON, AND <br /> THEIR PEAK PERIODS DID NOT CONFLICT WITH BUSINESS USES. <br /> 5. THE PROPERTY OWNERS TO THE SOUTH HAVE PRESENTED LETTERS APPROVING <br /> THE WAIVER OF SETBACK.
