ELIZABETH MURRAY FOR THE <br />PROPERTY WEST OF THE ARMORY. THIS L~ASE IS DATED JUNE 10, 1953 AND EXTENDS UNTIL THE <br />31ST DAY OF DECEMBER, 1958. THE RENTAL ON THIS PROPERTY IS $400.00 PER MONTH AND CON- <br />TAINS AN OPTION TO PURCHASE FOR THE SUM OF $80,000.00. THE LEASE FURTHER CONTAINS <br />PROVISIONS THAT THE BUILDINGS MAY BE TORN DOWN. LANE COUNTY IS CURRENTLY RENTING PART <br />OF THE PROPERTY IN EXCESS OF $300.00 PER MONTH.
