<br />TRAFFIC SIGNAL TECHNICIAN RECOMMENDED THAT "YIELD RIGHT OF WAY" SIGNS BE, INSTALLED AT
<br />19TH AVENUE ~ND FAIRMOUNT BOULEVARD CONTROLLING NORTH'AND SOUTH BOUND TRAFFIC AND THAT
<br />PARKING BE REMOVED FOR A DISTANCE OF rlFTEEN FEET SOUTH OF THE CENTERLINE OF 19TH
<br />AVENUE ON THE EAST SIDE OF FAIRMOUNT BOULEVARD. ALSO, THAT REFLECTORS BE INSTALLED IN

<br />BUILQI~G.LOCATED AT THAT ADDRESS WAS ~ING USED AS AN AUTO PARTS HOUSE. THE BUILDING ,IS
<br />NOT ~OW:BEINGUSED AS AN AUTO PARTS HOUSE, BUT IS BEING USED AS A MEDICAL SUPPlY'WARE-
<br />HOUSE WHICH HAS AMPLE lOADING AND UNLOADING AREA ON THE 'ALLEY ADJACENT'TO THE BUILDING.
<br />IT WAS FURTHER INDICATED THAT THE PRESENT TENANTS DO NOT OBJECT TO THE REMOVAL OF THE,
<br />LOADING ZONE, THAT THE LOADING ZONE IS SELDOM USED BY TRUCKS AND THERErORE SHOULD BE
<br />RETURNED TO PARKING~COMPATIBLE WITH THE 'REST OF THE AREA.
