MEMBERS PRESENT WERE MR. BALZHISER, MR. HENDERSHOTT, MR. MORRIS AND MR. MOYER. <br /> THE MEETING WAS CA'LLED TO ORDER BY MR. MORRIS. <br /> I . A REQUEST FOR VARIANCE IN SIGN REGULATIONS BY MR. E. L. RYAN FROM THE UNIVERSITY <br /> BUSINESS COLLEGE, ~T A NEW LOCATION, 388 WEST 7TH AVENUE,' WITHI~ A C-I ZONE. <br /> SIGNS ARE PERMITTED ~OT-TO EXCEED TWENTY (20) SQUARE FEET IN AREA IN A C-I ZONE. THE <br /> SIGN OWNED BY THE UNIVERSITY BUSINESS COLLEGE IS TWENTY SEVEN (27) SQUARE FEET. <br /> MR. BALZHISER MADE A MOTION THAT THE VARIANCE BE GRANTED. MR. HENDERSHOTT SECONDED THE <br /> MOTION. A REQUEST BY MISS GRACE GRAHAM, 2475 NIXON STREET, TO CONSTRUCT A DOUBLE GARAGE WITH <br /> AN APARTMENT ABOVE. <br /> I <br /> I <br /> MEMBERS OF THE BOARD, TAKING INTO CONSIDERATION THE LOCATION OF THE PROPOSED GARAGE <br /> AND APARTMENT IS IN AN R-I, SINGLE FAMILY ZONE; ALSO, IT IS AN INTERIOR LOT WHICH DOES <br /> NOT CONFORM TO LAND USAGE IN AN R~I ZONE.
