IT WAS FURTHER NOTED THAT PATTERSON STREET WAS A POTENTIAL NORTH- I <br /> SOUTH DISPERSAL STREET fOR WRAFFIC ORIGINATING AT THE YMCA AS WELL AS AT EUGENE HIGH <br /> SCHOOL AND THAT THE PAVING OF SUCH STREET COULD POTENTIALLY ELIMINATE SOME OF THE <br /> TR~FFIC WHICH MUST CHANNEL BACK TO 19TH AVENUE BEFORE IT CAN PROGRESS TO OTHER AREAS. <br /> THE COMMITTEE RECOMMENDED THAT PATTERSON STREET BE PAVED FROM ITS CURRENT SOUTHERLY <br /> END, BEING APPROXIMATELY ONE-HALF WAY BETWEEN 20TH AND 21$T AVENUES TO 22ND AVENUE AND <br /> THAT THE NECESSARY ORDINANCES INITIATING THIS IMPROVEMENT BE PASSED. <br /> - <br /> ~ , <br /> "-" <br />
