THIS WOULD I <br /> MAKE NO CHANGE IN THE PARKING REQUIREMENTS fOR TRUCK LOADING AND UNLOADING BUT <br /> I WOULD ENABLE MOTORISTS TO USE THE METERS IN THE AfTERNOON PERIOD WITH A REASONABLE i <br /> TIME BEING ALLOWED fOR PARKING. THE COST Of THE CHANGE WOULD APPROXIMATE $1.45 I <br />1 ! EACH METER WHICH fUNDS COULD COME fROM MONIES BUDGETED fOR METER MAINTENANCE. HE ALSO EXPLAINED I <br /> THAT THERE HAD BEEN ONLY THREE MINOR ACCIDENTS ,AT THIS INTERSECTION IN THE PAST <br /> TWO YEARS. BASED ON THIS, THE TRAffiC ENGINEER DID NOT RECOMMEND THAT TRAffiC <br /> SIGNALS BE INSTALLED AT THIS INTERSECTION AT THIS TIME.
