<br />APARTMENT HOUSE CONTAINING SEVEN APARTMENTS, AND THAT HE HAD RECENTLY RECtlVED AN INSPECTION BY THE
<br />BUREAU OF LABOR AND DURING SUCH INSPECTION THE STATE INSPEC~OR CONDEMNED POP-OfF VALVES ON H~T WATER
<br />TANKS INHIS APARTMENT HOUSE;'

<br />ACCORDING TO MR. FEAR THE STATE INSPECTOR INDICATED THE VALVES WHICH WERE INSTALLED ON THE HOT
<br />WATER TANKS DO NOT CONfORM TO'STATE'REQUIREMENTS, 'WHICH REQUIREMENTS 'PRESCRIBE ASME COQE RELIEf
<br />VALVE ON EACH TANK. MR. FEAR ALSO ,INDICATED THAT HE COULD fiND NO ONE LOCALLY WHO HAS'ANY KNOWLEDGE
<br />AS TO THE STATE REQUIREMENTS ,EITHER IN THE BUILDING INSPECTION DEPARTMENT OR AMONG LOCAL PLUMBERS.
