<br />TION. PERSONS ASSESSED ON FUTURE SEWERS CLAIM THEY ARE NOT BENEFITED BECAUSE
<br />THEIR PROPERTY IS, ALREADY CONNECTED TO A SEWER. .THE DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC WORKS
<br />SUGGESTED IF A CONDITION or THE ANNEXATION WERE TO BE MADE THAT THE PROPERTY
<br />OWNERS PAY 1/2~ PER SQUARE FOOT FOR THE USE OF THE CITY SEWER SYSTEM, THERE
