HE INDICATED THAT HE HAD OBJECTED TO THE AWARD Of THIS BID AT THE TIME AND THAT <br />THE COUNCIL HAD ACCEPTED THE HIGHER Of TWO BIDS ENTERED. IT' APPEARS THAT THE PRESENT NEW fEES <br />ARE OVERLY INFLATIONARY AND ARE TOO HIGH AS THEY NOW STANO., COUNCILMAN WILSON INDICATED THAT A NUMBER <br />Of GROUPS USING THESE fACILITIES ARE PERfORMING A COMMUNITY FUNCTION OR ARE COMPOSED Of PEOPLE WHO ARE <br />UNABLE TO PAY A HIGH RENTAL. HE fURTHER STATED THAT IN HIS BELIEf THE fACILITIES ARE MADE AVAILABLE <br />BY THE TAXPAYESS FOR GENERAL USE, AND THE FEES SHOULD BE ESTABLISHED NOT TO PAY THE TOTAL COST BUT TO <br />PAY ONLY SOME PORTION OF THE TOTAL COST~ <br /> <br />IT WAS MOVED BY MR.
