REQUEST BY SKILLERN OIL COMPANY TO REZONE THE SOUTHEAST CORNER' Of THE INTERSECTION OF <br />COBURG AND HARLOW ROADS FROM RA TO CR, RECOMMENDED FOR DENIAL BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION - <br />THE COMMITTEE GAVE ~ONSIDERATION TO THIS ITEM, AND IN THE DISCUSSION IT WAS NOTED THERE WERE <br />PROBLEMS IN ACCESS, PROBLEMS IN STREET RIGHT-Of-~AY AT THIS LOCATION. IT WAS ALS~ NOTED <br />THAT THERE WERE SOME QUESTIONS AS TO THE PROPER CLASSIF"ICATION fOR THIS PROPERTY AND SOME <br />QUESTIONS AS TO ITS INTENDED USE IN RELATION TO THAT WHICH SURROUNDS IT. MR. SKILLERN <br />INDICATED HE PROPOSES ONE JOINT INGRESS AND EGRESS CURB CUT TO BE LOCATED SOUTH Of THE <br />DIVIDER STRIPS AT THE COBURG-HARLOW ROAD INTERSECTION. HE fURTHER STATED HE HAD MADE <br />ATTEMPTS TO RESOLVE THE RIGHT-Of-WAY SITUATION WITH lANE COUNTY BUT HAD NOT BEEN SUC- <br />CESSFUL IN COMPLETING THIS AT THIS TIME. IT WAS F"URTHER POINTED OUT THAT THE WHOLE OF <br />HIS PROPERTY WAS NOT BEING ASKED fOR REZONING BUT ONLY A PORTION.. <br /> <br />fOLLOWING THE DISCUSSION IT WAS RECOMMENDED THIS ITEM BE HELD UP AND THAT THE PUBLIC <br />WORKS DEPARTMENT, OBTAIN THE COUNTY PLAN fOR ROADS AND TRAffiC CONTROLS AT THIS LOCATION. <br />,MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY. <br /> <br />IT WAS MOVED BY MR.
