<br />ZONE, MR.BALZHISER MADE A MOTION AND MR. PERKINS SECONDED THAT BOTH VARIANCES
<br />BE GRANTED. MOTION CARRIED.

<br />AfTER DISCUSSING THE MATTER, MEMBERS FELT THAT IN DOING THIS IT WOULD BE A
