SOME DISCUSSION WAS ALSO HAD ON SIDEWALKS ON <br />FRIENDLY STREET. <br /> <br />K. PAVING ALLEY BETWEEN OLIVE AND CHARNEL TON STREETS FROM 12TH TO 13TH AVENUES - A <br />PETITION WAS PRESENTED FOR PAVING THE NORTH HALF OF ALLEY BETWEEN OLIVE AND <br />CHARNELTON STREETS AND EXTENDING FROM 12TH TO THE SOUTH AND SIGNED BY OWNERS Of <br />100% OF THE PROPERTY WHICH WOULD BE ASSESSED. THE COMMITTEE RECOMMENDED THAT <br />THE PAVING BE APPROVED AND THE NECESSARY ORDINANCES INITIATING THE PROJECT PASSED. <br />MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY. <br /> <br />L. PAVING 20TH AVENUE FROM JACKSON TO VANBUREN STREET - A PETITION WAS PRESENTED <br />CONTAINING SIGNATURES OF OWNERS OF 75% Of THE' PROPERTY WHICH WOULD BE ASSESSED, <br />AND THE COMM,ITTEE RECOMMENDED THE PAVING BE APPROVED AND NECESSARY ORDINANCES <br />INITIATING THE PROJECT PASSED. SANITARY SEWER TO SERVE AREA WEST OF DILLARD ROAD fROM SOUTH BOUNDARY OF HILYARD <br />STREET ADDITION ,TO THE NORTH OF DILLARD ROAD AND EAST OF SULLIVAN PLAT - A PETI- <br />TION REPRESENTING OWNERSHIP Of 40% OF THE PROPERTY TO BE ASSESSED WAS PRESENTED. <br />IT WAS NOTED IN ORDER TO SERVE THE AREA IT WILL BE NECE6SARY TO CONSTRUCT PORTIONS <br />OF THE SEWER OVER AREAS NOT INCLUDED IN THE PETITION AND THAT PORTIONS OF THE AREA <br />ARE IN THE PROCESS OF BEING PLATTED AND WILL BE SUBMITTING A PETITION FOR SEWERS <br />IN THE NEAR FUTURE. IT WAS FURTHER NOTED THAT EASEMENTS WILL BE NECESSARY IN <br />CERTAIN INSTANCES.
