<br /> 6TH AND 7TH AVENUES, SUGGESTING THAT TRAffiC COULD BE SPEEDED UP TO 20 mo 30 MilES PER HOUR BETWEEN
<br /> CHARNEL TON AND HIGH STREETS. IT WAS MOVED BY MR. WILSON SECONDED BY MR. SWANSON THAT A REPORT AND
<br /> RECOMMENDATION BE MADE BY THE CITY MANAGER. MOTION CARRIED.

<br /> 2 MR. WILSON ASKED WHAT THE 'PROCEDURE IS IN REMOVING 'VEHICLES WHICH HAVE BEEN INVOLVED IN COLLISIONS
<br />I FROM TRAFFIC lANES. THE CHIEf OF POLICE, STATED THAT IT IS CUSTOMARY PROCEDURE TO REMOVE SUCH VEHICLES
