WALD, 830 WEST 18TH AVENUE, REQUESTS A VARIANCE fROM THE RE- <br /> QUIRED 15 FOOT SETBACK fROM THE FRONT PROPERTY LINE TO REMODEL HIS HOUSE. <br /> THE PRESENT SETBACK IN THE fRONT IS EIGHT FEET fROM THE FRONT PROPERTY LINE. <br /> IT WAS POINTED OUT THAT THE PRESENT SETBACK WAS THE RESULT Of 18TH STREET <br /> BEING WIDENED. MEMBERS WERE DRIVEN ,TO THE LOCATION AND AfTER DIS- <br /> CUSSING THE MATTER TO SOME EXTENT, IT WAS THE fEELING OF ALL MEMBERS THAT A <br /> LETTER SHOULD BE GIVEN TO THE BUILDING DEPARTMENT fROM THE PROPERTY OWNER TO <br /> THE NORTH STATING THAT HE DID NOT OBJECT TO THE CARPORT. MEMBERS ALSO fELT THAT <br /> AN ELEVATION SHOULD BE SHOWN ON THE PLOT PLAN fOR THE PROPOSED CARPORT. <br /> e DR. CHRSITENSON MOVED AND IT WAS SECONDED BY MR.
