<br /> CHARTER AMENDMENT AUTHORIZING WATER SYSTEM I.MPROVEMENTS BY ISSUANCE AND SALE OF BONDS IN THE AMOUNT
<br /> OF $1,850,000 TO BE REPAID FROM REVENUES OF EUGENE WATER AND ELECTRIC BOARD WAS SUBMITTED AND READ
<br /> IN FULL SHOWING 2779 VOTES CAST IN FAVOR OF THE AMENDMENT, AND 175 VOTES CAST OPPOSING THE AMENDMENT.

<br /> 3 THE COUNCIL WAS ASKED FOR AUTHORITY TO EXECUTE A DEED CONVEYING TO LANE COUNTY CERTAIN EUGENE
<br /> WATER & ELECTRIC BOARD PROPERTY LYING ALONG THEIR RENNIE LOTS ON THE McKENZIE RIVER TO ALLOW BETTER
<br /> ROAD ALIGNMENT.
