<br />MENDED BE PASSED. LAURIS-MOYER MOVED TO REFER THE MATTER TO THE COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE, THURSDAY,

<br />5 ANNOUNCEMENT WAS MADE CONCERNING HEARING ON SUBDIVISION ORDINANCE TUESDAY EVENING, APRIL 10,
<br />BEFORE THE PLANNING COMMISSION.

<br />6 MISS DEBARR WAS GIVEN THE FLOOR TO SPEAK ON THE LEASH LAW CONCERNING DOGS. SHE STATED THAT
<br />SEVERAL CHILDREN AND ONE ADULT HAD BEEN INJURED BY A pOG IN THEIR NEIGHBORHOOD AND SUGGESTED THE LEASH
<br />LAW BE REVIEWED WITH THE IDEA OF STRENGTHENING THE PENALTIES. THE CITY ATTORNEY GAVE HIS OPINION
<br />CONCERNING THE PRESENT LEASH LAW, STATING THE CITY HAD DONE ALL THEY COULD UP TO THIS TIME CONCERNING
<br />THIS MATTER. MOYER-SWANSON MOVED TO HOLD FURTHER DISCUSSION TO THURSDAY NOON, APRIL 12. MOTION CARRIED
