LYONS FOR THE FULL CHARGE OF THE <br />PROJECT. AFTER SOME DISCUSSION, MRS. LAURIS MOVED SECONDED BY MR. MOYER TO REHABILITATE <br />THE SEWER LINE AT THE SAME GRADE, AND IF THE OWNER DECIDED HE WOULD PAY FOR ALL EXPENSES, <br />THEN THE SEWER LINE COULD BE LOWERED TO HIS REQUESTED GRADE LEVEL.
