<br />9. SANITARY SEWER GARDEN AVENUE - MR. LYONS HAD SUGGESTED THAT THE PROPOSED REHABILITATION
<br />OF THE SEWER LINE BE CHANGED IN THAT HIS REQUEST WAS TO HAVE THE SEWER LOWERED. IN A
<br />LETTER FROM THE DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC WORKS IT WAS POINTED OUT THAT IF THE LINE IS LOWERED,
<br />THE ASSESSMENT WOULD BE PLACED ON THE PROPERTY OF MR. LYONS FOR THE FULL CHARGE OF THE
<br />PROJECT. AFTER SOME DISCUSSION, MRS. LAURIS MOVED SECONDED BY MR. MOYER TO REHABILITATE
<br />THE SEWER LINE AT THE SAME GRADE, AND IF THE OWNER DECIDED HE WOULD PAY FOR ALL EXPENSES,
<br />THEN THE SEWER LINE COULD BE LOWERED TO HIS REQUESTED GRADE LEVEL. MOTION CARRIED,
