<br />COUNCILMAN SWANSON STATED THAT HE NOTICED THE PLANNING COMMISSION MINUTES CARRIED A
<br />JOURNAL NUMBER AND ASKED WHETHER IT WOULD BE A GOOD THING IF THIS JOURNAL NUMBER WAS TIED
<br />WITH THE COUNCIL MINUTES TO TIE TOGETHER THE ACTION TAKEN BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION AND
<br />THE ACtiON TAKEN BY THE CITY COUNCIL ON EACH ITEM. THE CITY MAN~ER STATED THIS SUGGESTION
<br />WOUCD BE INVESTIGATEDr

<br />READ IN WHICH HE CALLED ATTENTION TO THE 1962 ANNUAL REPORT OF THE WATER BOARD. COPIES

<br />NOT INCLUDE A PORTION OF THE ABUTTING PROPERTY NOW OWNED BY THE EUGENE WATER
<br />& ELECTRIC BOARD. THE ABUTTING PROPERTY ON THE SAME SIDE OF THE STREET AS
