All councilmen present voting aye, the bill was declared passed and numbered 13206. 1 Council Bill No. 6360 - Sanitary sewer - Villa Vista Sewer East Extension (in area which lies l60 feet north and 160 feet south of north line of Tax Lot 1300 in County.Map 18-03-08-4, District 004-00, extending from west line of Villa Vista Addition to Shasta Loop Road) was submitted and read in full. 00 Mrs. Lauris moved seconded by Mr. Swanson that the bill be read the second time by council bill number ~ only, with unanimous consent of the Council. Mrs. Lauris moved seconded. by Mr. Swanson that the bill be read the second time by council bill number I only, with unanimous consent of the Council. Motion carried unanimously and the bill was read the second time by council bill number only. Mrs. Lauris moved seconded by Mr. Swanson that the bill be held over and proper notice of assessment given owners of affected property. Motion carried. 4 Council Bill No. 6363 - Levying assessments for widening Patterson Street from Broadway to 13th Avenue was submitted and read in full. Mrs. Lauris moved seconded by Mr. Swanson that the bill be held over and proper notice of assessment given owners of affected property. Motion carried. RESOLUTIONS I 5 Resolution No. 989 - Prohibiting parking at west curb on East Amazon Drive from Hilyard Street to Center Way was submitted and read in full. Mrs. Lauris moved seconded by Mr. Swanson that the resolution be adopted. Motion carried. 6 Resolution No. 990 - Calling hearing November 12, 1963 on withdrawing from Oakway Water District and Willakenzie Rural Fire District that area annexed to the City on July 22, 1963 was submitted and read in full. e Mrs. Lauris moved seconded by Mr. Swanson that the resolution be adopted. Motion carried. 7 Resolution No. 99l - Calling hearing November 12, 1963 on abatement at 993 Chambers Street, J. D. Walling, was submitted and read in full. Mrs. Lauris moved seconded by Mr. Swanson that the resolution be adopted. . Mot ion carried. 8 Resolution No. 992 - Calling hearing November 12, 1963 on abatement at 1240 Chambers Street, Matilda Burket c/o John Kommer, was submitted and read in full. Mrs. Lauris moved seconded by Mr. Swanson that the resolution be adopted. Motion carried. Upon motion duly made, seconded, and carried, the meeting was adjourned to Monday, October 28, 1963.
