Motion carr.ied. <br /> Mrs. Lauris moved seconded by Dr. Purdy to approve rezoning to C-3P the area requested. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> 5 b. Rezone to C-3P Oak between 26th and 27th, Hafdahl (No. 63-154) - The Plan- <br /> ning Commission recommended approval on condition that a buffer on the <br /> north and east property lines is provided similar to the Eugene Hardware <br /> buffer. Mrs. Lauris moved seconded by Mr. Deverell that this item be held <br /> over to the Council meeting on October 28, 1963. Motion carried. <br /> I Mrs. Lauris moved seconded by Mr. Christensen to approve rezoning to C-3P the area re- <br /> quested as recommended by the Planning Commission.
