Rollcall vote. All councilmen present voting aye, motion carried. 3 A tabulation was presented of bids opened on two improvement projects on Octo- ber 25, 1963 as follows: SANITARY SEWER Contract Cost/ Cost to Amount Pro;ect and Name of Bidder Cost Zone Ft. Parsons Concrete Company (Low) 4,357.75 1.98 Mrs. Lauris moved seconded py Mr..Swanson that the contra~ts be awarded to Geo, A. Moore & Associates, Inc., for construction of the sanitary sewer, and to Parsons Con- crete Company for construction of the sidewalk. Rollcall vote. All councilmen present voting aye, motion carried. Rezone to C-3P Chambers between 10th and 11th, Morgan (No.63-l5l) - The Planning Commission recommended approval. Mrs. Lauris moved seconded by Mr. Deverell that this item be held over to the Council meeting on Octo- ber 28, 1963. Motion carr.ied. Mrs. Lauris moved seconded by Dr. Purdy to approve rezoning to C-3P the area requested. Motion carried. 5 b. Rezone to C-3P Oak between 26th and 27th, Hafdahl (No. 63-154) - The Plan- ning Commission recommended approval on condition that a buffer on the north and east property lines is provided similar to the Eugene Hardware buffer. Mrs. Lauris moved seconded by Mr. Deverell that this item be held over to the Council meeting on October 28, 1963. Motion carried.
