City of Eugene Census - The City Manager announced the official notifi- cation from the State Board of Census set the population figure for the City of Eugene at 58,138." Ormsby) Mrs. Lauris moved seconded by Mr. Swanson that the license renewal applications be approved. Motion carried. ORDINANCES 3 Council'. Bill No. 6397 - Zoning to R-l Single Family Residential the area annexed to the City.on both sides of Harlow Road to Interstate Highway No. 5 (North Meadows) was submitted and read in full.
