Motion carried. <br /> <br />3 Councii Bill No. 6434 - Levying assessments for paving 36th Avenue from Hilyard Street to east <br />boundary of 4th Addition to Crestwood Terrace was submitted and read in full. <br /> <br />Mrs. Lauris moved seconded by Mr. Chatt that the bill be held over and proper notice of assessment <br />given to Owners of affected property. Motion carried. <br /> <br />4 Council Bill No. 6435 - Levying assessments for sanitary sewer between East Amazon Drive and <br />340 feet east of East Amazon Drive, and between Dillard Road and Shasta Loop on the south and Kincaid <br />Street on the north (Dillard Road and Shasta Loop sewers) was submitted and read in full. <br /> <br />Mrs. Lauris moved seconded by Mr. Chatt that the bill be held over and proper notice of assessment <br />given to owners.of affected property. Motion carried. <br /> <br />RESOLUTIONS <br /> <br />5 Resolution No. 1022 - Calling hearing January 27, 1964 on abatement at 3635 and 3637 East Amazon <br />Drive was held out - see Committee action on page 471-2. <br /> <br />6 Resolution No. 1023 - Authorizing prohibition. of P?rking at east curb of Pa~terson Street south <br />of 20th Avenue 410 feet (YMCA) was submitted and read in full. <br /> <br />Mrs. Lauris moved: seconded by Mr. Chatt that the resolution be adopted. Motion carried. <br /> <br />7. Resolution No. 1024 - Authorizing contract with Andrew Vincent for mural in Council Chamber of <br />new City Hall was submitted and read in full. <br /> <br />Mrs. Lauris moved seconded by Mr. Chatt that the res9lution be adopted.
