Motion carried unanimousiy and the bill was read the. <br />second time by council bill number only. <br /> <br />Mrs. Lauris moved seconded by Mr. Chatt that the rules be suspended and the bill read the third time <br />by council bill number only, with unanimous consent of the Council,. Rollcall <br />vote.
