<br />survey had been taken cancerning the parking available under' the'new City
<br />Hall building and the curb parking available autside.the n~w City-Hall
<br />with regard'to space available for City cars, emplayees' car:s, in-and-
<br />out parking, and shart-term parking far the puotic, and parking at a
<br />manthly rat'e.' .It was painted aut that passibly' 63 spaces cauld be
