Segregation of Assessment, Hilyard from 40th south, Marlow - Mr. Thomas U. <br />Marlow requested segregation of an assessment for the Gonstruction of a <br />sewer on Hilyard Street from 40th Avenue so~th 500 feet which would in- <br />volve five separate lots. The requested segreg~tion would allow Mr.Marlow <br />to pay the assessment against each lot as it is sold. <br /> <br />00 <br />~ <br />'1'" <br />~~ <br />;.Q <br />:c <br /> <br />Mrs. Lauris moved seconded by Mr. Chatt to allow the segregation of the assessment <br />against the five pieces of property. Motion carried. <br /> <br />2 <br /> <br />10. Supplemental Agreement, Eugene-Springfield Transportation Study - The <br />City Manager presented copies of a supplemental agreement between the <br />State of Oregon, Lane County, City of Eugene, City of Springfield, and <br />Central Lane Planning Council for the comprehensive planning study.of <br />the Eugene-Springfield area. This agreement amends the original "pre- <br />liminary cost estimate". <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />Mrs. Lauris moved seconded by Mr. Chatt to authorize entering into the supplemental <br />agreement. Motion carried. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />3 <br /> <br />11. Audit Report, Quarter Ended December 31, 1963 - The City Manager read <br />a letter from Winn & Co. addressed to the Mayor. and Common Council <br />which stated an interim audit for the quarter ended December 31,1963 <br />had been completed, and all books were found to be in good order and <br />all cash properly accounted for. <br /> <br />The letter was received and placed on file. <br /> <br />ORDINANCES <br /> <br />4 Council Bill No. 6462 - Levying assessments for paving Kincaid Street from 37th Avenue to south <br />600 feet was submitted and read the first time in full on February 10, 1964 and now brought back for <br />consideration with no written protests on file, having been held over for proper notice of assessment <br />to be given owners of affected property. <br /> <br />Mrs. Lauris moved seconded by Mr. Chatt that the bill be read the second time by council bill number <br />only, with unanimous consent of the Council. Motion carried unanimously am the bill was read the <br />second time by council bill number only. <br /> <br />Mrs. Lauris moved seconded by Mr. Chatt that the bill be read the third time by council bill number. <br />only, with unanimous consent of the Council. Rollcall <br />vo~ All councilmen present voting aye, the bill was declared passed and numbered 13309. <br /> <br />5 <br /> <br />Council Bill No. 6463 - Levying assessments for paving streets in 5th and 6th.Additions to Ellen- <br />dale, submitted and read the first time in full on February 10, 1964 and held over for proper notice <br />of assessment to be given owners of affected property, was brought back for consideration with no <br />written protests on file. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />Mrs. Lauris moved seconded by Mr. Chatt that the bill be read the second time by council bill number <br />only, with unanimous consent of the Council.
