All councilmen present voting aye, the bill was declared passed and numbered 13376. 1 Council Bill No. 6529 - Adopting plans and specifications for construction of sanitary sewer be- tween West and East Sunset Drives through Lot 16 of Sunset Terrace, to serve Lots 25 through 36 and Lots 16 and 17, Sunset Terrace (relocation) was submitted and readin full. Mrs. Lauris moved seconded by Mr. Chatt that the bill be read the second time by council bill number only, with unanimous consent of the Council. Motion carried unanimously and the bill was read the second time by council bill number only. Mrs. Lauris moved seconded by Mr. Chatt that the rules be suspended and the bill readthe third time by council bill number only, with unanimous consent of the Council. Motion carried unanimously and the bill was read the third time by council bill number only. Mrs. Lauris moved seconded by Mr. Chatt that the bill be approved and given final passage. Rollcall vote. RESOLUTIONS 2 Resolution No. 1044 - Providing for traffic control on Donald Street at 33rd Avenue, 43rd Avenue, and 46th Avenue was submitted and read in full. Mrs. Lauris moved seconded by Mr. Chatt that the resolution be adopted. Motion carried. 3 Resolution No. 1045 - Authorizing Quitclaim Deed relinquishing easement of Eugene,Water & Electric Board to John H. and Ruby J. McDonald (near Gilham Road and Crescent Drive) was submitted and read in full. Mrs. Lauris moved seconded by Mr. Chatt that the resolution be adopted. Rollcall vote. All council- men present voting aye, motion carried. 4 Resolution No. 1046 - Authorizing agreement with School District No. 52 concerning joint acquisi- tion, operation, and maintenance of park-school sites was submitted and read in full. Mrs. Lauris moved seconded by Mr. Chatt that the resolution be adopted. Motion carried. 5 Resolution No. 1047 - Authorizing agreement with Southern pacific Company concerning 5th Avenue crossing between McKinley Street and Wilson Street was submitted and read in full. Mrs. Lauris moved seconded by Mr. Chatt that the resolution be adopted. Motion carried. 6 Resolution No. 1048 - Calling hearing on April 27, 1964 concerning withdrawing from Hillcrest Water District and Eugene Fire District No.1 that area annexed to the City of Eugene on January 27, 1964 was submitted and read in full. Mrs. Lauris moved seconded by Mr. Chatt that the resolution be adopted. Motion carried. 7 Resolution No. 1049 - Calling hearing April 27, 1964 concerning withdrawing from Zumwalt Fire District and Irving Fire District that area annexed to the City of Eugene on January 7, 1964 was submitted and read in full. Mrs. Lauris moved seconded by Mr. Chatt that the resolution be adopted. .Motion carried. 8 Resolution No. 1050.- Calling hearing on April 27, 1964 concerning withdrawing from Bethel Park District that area annexed to the City of Eugene on June 24, 1963 was submitted and read in full. Mrs. Lauris moved seconded by Mr. Chatt that the resolution be adopted. Motion carried. 9 Resolution No. 1051 - Transmitting to Planning Commission for hearing on April 7, 1964 various requests for rezoning and variances to zoning was submitted and read in full.
