Motion carried unanimously and the bill was read the <br />second time by councilbill number only. <br /> <br />Mrs. Lauris moved seconded by Mr. Chatt that the rules be suspended and the bill read the third time <br />by council bill number only, with unanimous consent of the Council. Motion carried unanimously and <br />the bill was read the third time by council bill number only. <br /> <br />Mrs. Lauris moved seconded by Mr. Chatt th?t the bill be approved and given final passage. Rollcall <br />vote.
