<br />The regular meeting of the Common Council ,of the City of Eugene, Oregon, was
<br />ca~led to order at 7:30 p.m. PDT in the Council. Chamber on May 11, 1964 by His Honor
<br />Mayor Edwin E. Cone with the following councilmen present: Mrs. Lauris, Messrs .Chatt,
<br />Sw&nson, Christensen, Deverell, Crakes, Hawk, and Purdy.

<br />The minutes of the adjourned meeting held April 27, 1964,. as mailed to members of
<br />the Council, were ~pproved.

<br />The City Manager presented a drawing of the proposed plaque containing the names
<br />of .the present Council members, the Mayor, arch~tects, and contractor (Morin and Long-
<br />wood and Gale M. Roberts Co.) which is to be placed in the new City Hall.
