Motion carried. <br /> 4 Resolution No. 1082 - Parking restriction on south side of 5th Avenue from Olive Street to <br /> Charnelton Street; yield signs on Grant Street between 7th Avenue and 13th Avenue; and removal of <br /> five meters from west side of High Street between 7th Avenue and 8th Avenue, was submitted and read <br /> in full. <br /> Mrs. Lauris moved seconded by Mr. Chatt that the resolution be adopted. Motion carried. <br /> 5 Resolution No. 1083 - Variance to allow medical center building at 12th Avenue and Patterson <br /> Street (Consonant, Inc.) was submitted and read in full~ <br />I Mrs. Lauris moved seconded by Mr. Chatt that the resolution be adopted. Motion carried, Mr. Christen- <br /> sen voting no. <br /> 6 Resolution No. 1084 - Conveying to Lane County for road purposes a 10'x875' strip of land in <br /> Leaburg Canal right-of-way (EWEB) was submitted and read in full. <br /> Mrs. Lauris moved seconded by Mr. Chatt that the resolution be adopted. Motion carried. <br />e 7 Resolution No. 1085 - Assignment of easement to Bonneville Power Administration to allow tap of <br /> BPA line south of Dillard Substation (ElVEB) was submitted and read in full. <br /> Mrs. Lauris moved seconded by Mr. Chatt that the resolution be adopted. Motion carried. <br /> 8 Resolution No. 1086 - Quitclaim deed exchanging easement on Lot 14 between Sunset Drive and <br /> Skyline Boulevard (Rubenstein) was submitted and read in full. <br /> Mrs. Lauris moved seconded by Mr. Chatt that the resolution be adopted. Motion carried. <br /> 9 Resolution No. 1087 - Transmitting to Planning Commission various petitions for rezoning, <br /> variance to zoning, and zoning newly-annexed area for hearing July 7, 1964 and July 27, 1964, was <br /> submitted and read in full. <br /> Mrs. Lauris moved seconded by Mr. Chatt that the resolution be adopted.
