Motion carried. <br /> 4 Council Bill No. 6776 - Levying assessments for sanitary sewer in Willakenzie Sanitary Sewer <br /> Improvement District No. WS-63-4 was submitted and read in full. <br /> I Mr. Chatt moved seconded by Mr. Swanson that the bill be held over and proper notice of assessment <br /> given owners of affected property. Motion carried. . <br /> RESOLUTIONS <br /> 5 Resolution No. 1097 - Authorizing application for Federal funds in the amount of $609,000 for <br /> addition to sewage treatment plant and sewer line from Bethel-Danebo sewer system was submitted and <br /> read in full. <br /> e Mr. Chatt moved seconded by Mr. Swanson that the resolution be adopted. Motion mrried. <br /> 6 Resolution No. 1098 - Authorizing contract with Cornell, Howland, Hayes & Merryfield for design <br /> of addition to sewage treatment plant and sewer line from Bethel-Danebo sewer system on percentage <br /> fee basis, project cost $2,274,000, was submitted and read in full. <br /> Mr. Chatt moved seconded by Mr. Swanson that the resolution be adopted. Motion carried. <br /> 7 Resolution No. 1099 - Accepting Madison Street Outfall Trunk Sewer and 8th Avenue Sewer, except <br /> surfacin g, from M&S Construction Company, was submitted and read in full. <br /> Mr. Chatt moved seconded by Mr. Swanson that the resolution be adopted. Motion carried. <br /> 8 Resolution No. 1100 - Relinquishing power line easement over northwest corner of Coburg and Cal <br /> I Young Roads to State Finance (EWEB-Morrill) was submitted and read in full. <br /> Mr. Chatt moved seconded by Mr. Swanson that the resolution be adopted.
