Motion carried. 4 Council Bill No. 6776 - Levying assessments for sanitary sewer in Willakenzie Sanitary Sewer Improvement District No. WS-63-4 was submitted and read in full. I Mr. Chatt moved seconded by Mr. Swanson that the bill be held over and proper notice of assessment given owners of affected property. Motion carried. . RESOLUTIONS 5 Resolution No. 1097 - Authorizing application for Federal funds in the amount of $609,000 for addition to sewage treatment plant and sewer line from Bethel-Danebo sewer system was submitted and read in full. e Mr. Chatt moved seconded by Mr. Swanson that the resolution be adopted. Motion mrried. 6 Resolution No. 1098 - Authorizing contract with Cornell, Howland, Hayes & Merryfield for design of addition to sewage treatment plant and sewer line from Bethel-Danebo sewer system on percentage fee basis, project cost $2,274,000, was submitted and read in full. Mr. Chatt moved seconded by Mr. Swanson that the resolution be adopted. Motion carried. 7 Resolution No. 1099 - Accepting Madison Street Outfall Trunk Sewer and 8th Avenue Sewer, except surfacin g, from M&S Construction Company, was submitted and read in full. Mr. Chatt moved seconded by Mr. Swanson that the resolution be adopted. Motion carried. 8 Resolution No. 1100 - Relinquishing power line easement over northwest corner of Coburg and Cal I Young Roads to State Finance (EWEB-Morrill) was submitted and read in full. Mr. Chatt moved seconded by Mr. Swanson that the resolution be adopted.
