All councilmen present voting aye, the bill was d~clared passed and numbered 13655. 1 Council Bill No. 6814 ,- Authorizing issuance of duplicate bonds '946 through 950, $1000 each, Expansion of Eugene Water & Electric Board Water System, dated-March 15, 1962, to Helen I. Anderson, 4705 N. E. 40th Avenue, ~eatt1e, Washington, was submitted and read in full. Mrs. Lauris moved seconded by Mr. Chatt that the bill be read the second time by council bill number only, with unanimous consent of the Council. Motion carried unanimously ~nd the bill was read the second time by council bill nu~ber only.
