Mrs. Lauris moved seconded by Mr. Chatt that the bill be held over and proper notice of assessment given to owners of affected property. Motion carried. 2 Council Bill No. 6872 - Levying assessments for paving Adams Street from 8th Avenue to 10th Avenue was submitted and read in full. Mrs. Lauris moved seconded by Mr. Chatt that the bill be held over and proper notice of assessment given to owners of affected property. Motion carried. 3 Council Bill No. 6873 - Levying assessments for paving so~h side of Highland Oaks Drive from Bowmont Street to west line of 5th Addition to Highland Oaks; and Bowmont Street from Highland Oaks Drive to south boundary of 6th Addition to Highland Oaks was submitted and read in full. e Mrs. Lauris moved seconded by Mr. Chatt that the bill be held over and proper notice of assessment given to owners of affected property. Motion carried. 4 Council Bill No. 6874 - Levying assessments for paving 15th Avenue from Polk Street to Tyler Street was submitted and read in full. Mrs. Lauris moved seconded by Mr. Chatt that the bill be held over and proper notice of assessment I given to owners of affected property. Motion carried. RESOLUTIONS 5 Resolution No. 1123 - Authorizing abatement of property at 255 West 7th Avenue (Ormsby) was submitted and read in full. Mrs. Lauris moved seconded by Mr. Chatt that the resolution be adopted. Motion carried. 6 Councilman Swanson mentioned possible abatement of property at, 391 West 8th Avenue and another property further west on 8th Avenue. The City Manager said they would be ~nvestigated. 7 Resolution No. 1124 - Appointing Keith E. Hedeen as Assistant Recorder-Treasurer and authoriz- ing signature at banks was submitted and read in. full. Mrs. Lauris moved seconded by Mr. Chatt that the resolution be adopted. Motion carried. 8 Resolution No. 1125 - Conveying to City of Springfield propert~ in:the North Bank Park area in exchange for Bloomberg Dump property was submitted and read in full. Mrs. Lauris moved seconded by Mr. Chatt that the resolution be adopted. Motion carried. 9 Resolution No. 1126 - Directing City Manager to make survey and report concerning off-street parking assessment district proposed in downtown core area (Downtown Study Committee recommendation) I was submitted and read in full. Mrs. Lauris moved seconded by Mr. Chatt that the resolution be adopted. Motion carried. 10 Resolution No. 1127 - Agreement between City of Eugene and Lane County Housing Authority con- cerning Celeste Campbell building was submitted and read in full. Mrs. Lauris moved seconded by Mr. Chatt that the resolution be adopted. Motion carried. e 11 Reso lution No. 1128 - Approving East Campus Development Plan No. 2 was submitted and read in full. Mrs. Lauris moved seconded by Mr. Chatt that the resolution be adopted. Motion carried. 12 Resolution No. 1129 - Amendment of HHFA Open Space Grant OS-3, Airport, to $81,149.40 was sub- mitted and read in full. Mrs. Lauris moved seconded by Mr. Chatt that the resolution be adopted. Motion carried. 13 Resolution No. 1130 - Parking Prohibitions - west curb of Hilyard between 11th and 12th; and on 15th at intersections with Columbia, Moss, and Villard, was submitted and read in full.
