E. McNutt, Lester Anderson, and Bruce Lassen, all for the term commencing <br />January 4, 1965 and ending January 6, 1969. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />2 <br /> <br />The City Manager explained that Mayor Cone had called this special meeting for the purpose of <br />discussing a contract with "SaIem"'Sahd '&~(;ravel' Cb~. to finish work on Phase V of the Wi11akenzie <br />Sewers started under a contract dated May 28, 1963 with Abrams Construc'tion Company. Abrams Con- <br />struction Company had failed and refused'to complete the work according to the terms, conditions, <br />and specifications of the contract. <br /> <br />3 Resolution No. 1131 - Authorizing contract with -Scdem Sand..& 'Gravel Co. for cOmpletion of work <br />on Phase V of. Willakenzie Sewers (Contract C-1179 dated May 28, 1963) was submitted and read in full. <br /> <br />Mrs. Lauris moved seconded by Mr. Chatt that the resolution be adopted. Rollcall vote.
